Grilled olive oil with milt
Flour the whole pre-treated milt.
Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it, add the milt, cover with aluminum foil and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Once it's golden brown, turn it over, bake for about 2 minutes, then salt and pepper the whole thing to finish.
When you add sleet radish, the milt and Japanese flavors match, making it very delicious.
