Grilled olive oil with milt
Dust the prepared milt all over with flour
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the milt, cover with aluminum foil and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes
Once golden brown, flip it over and cook for about 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper all over and it's done
Adding shaved radish makes the milt and Japanese flavors match perfectly and is very delicious
