Cauliflower and broccoli dengaku

Tear the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, boil them in separate water (with about 1 teaspoon of salt) for about 3 minutes, then drain and let cool
Blend the cooled and dehydrated broccoli and seasoning ingredients in a blender to make green miso
Spread miso on the bowl, place the cauliflower from [1] on top, and garnish with the remaining miso to finish
