Bamboo tree bud miso

How to make it

Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.

The kinobus is pounded with a knife to make it into small pieces.

Mix the beaten kinbuds, white miso and sugar together in a bowl to make kinbud miso.

Add the bamboo shoots from [1] to [3] and mix them to make it complete.
