Stir-fried asparagus with bacon

Remove about 2cm from the base of the asparagus, peel it with a peeler and cut it diagonally. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the firm parts of the asparagus and bacon, and fry.
Once the bacon is lightly browned, add the tips and fry lightly, then add the sake, mirin, and whole grain mustard and fry for about 3 minutes until done.
