Stir-fried asparagus with bacon

First, fry the hard roots of the asparagus to unify the texture of the finished product.

Remove the asparagus from the roots about 2cm, peel the skin with a peeler and cut it diagonally. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat it, add the hard asparagus and bacon and fry.
Once the bacon is lightly browned, add the tip part and stir-fry it lightly, add sake, mirin, and mustard grains, and stir-fry the whole thing for about 3 minutes and it's finished.
