Ricotta cheese meat pasta

This meat pasta is full of ricotta cheese. Fried eggplants and adding them will make them even more delicious.
How to make it

Chop the eggplant into pieces, sprinkle a little salt and place a little. As moisture will come out, wipe it off and fry it in hot oil.
