Boil the seasoned squid and celery cut into bite-sized pieces in boiling water for about 10 seconds
Drain thoroughly
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped ginger until fragrant
Once fragrant, add the jade puree
Add the squid, celery, and [B] and stir-fry until the water has evaporated
