Stir-fried celery and squid in jade sauce
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces, mix them together with salt and potato starch (not included in the amount), wash thoroughly with running water, and remove any dirt. Drain and mix with [A] to season.
Boil the boiled water with seasoned squid and the celery that is easy to eat for about 10 seconds.
Drain the water thoroughly.
Fry chopped ginger in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil to give it a aroma.
Once the scent is incredible, add jade puree.
Add squid, celery and [B] and fry. Remove any moisture and it's done.
