Bellowing cucumber
Place one cucumber on the cutting board sideways and drop both ends.
Decide the angle of the knife, and for a while, I put on a run-up and cut it diagonally into small pieces. Be aware that you will not change the angle. Be careful not to separate it all the way down.
Once it's finished, turn it half a turn, then cut it diagonally in the same direction, and once it's all finished, soak it in 3% salty water for a few minutes, then let it soften and it's finished.
