Steamed clam clam
This is a simple steamed sake that can be made in just one frying pan. The garlic aroma is irresistible. Cover and wait to make the clams cook without getting too heated, and they'll be plump.
How to make it

Place all the ingredients in a frying pan and heat.

Once the clams have two or three open mouths, turn off the heat, cover and wait for 4 minutes.

Once all the mouths are opened, transfer them to a bowl and you're done.
