Steamed clams in sake
This is a simple sake steamed dish that can be made in one frying pan. The garlic aroma is irresistibly delicious. By leaving the lid on, the clams don't get too cooked, resulting in plump clams
How to make it

Put all ingredients into a frying pan and heat

Once 2-3 of the clams have opened, turn off the heat, cover and wait 4 minutes

Once all the openings have opened, transfer to a serving dish and it's done
