Baked cheesecake
The cream cheese is soft at room temperature. Whole wheat biscuits are OK, and they add a touch of flavor.
How to make it

Crush the biscuits, melt and mix with butter and place in a mold.

Mix the cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time and mix well and add fresh cream.

Add lemon juice and flour and mix and pour into a mold.

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes and refrigerate.
