Basic hamburger
Chop the onion, fry in a small amount of oil until clear and cool.
Put the ground meat, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl.
Add the cold onion and knead well with your hands until it sticks.
Remove the air and mold it into an oval shape, and the center is slightly dented.
Heat oil in a frying pan and brown it over medium heat for 2 minutes each side.
Cover and steam on low heat for 5 minutes, then check the clear meat juices with a bamboo skewer.
Remove the meat and bring ketchup, sauce and butter to the remaining fat.
Pour the sauce over the hamburger and complete it.
