Stewed dried radish

Refill the dried radish with water and drain well.
Sprinkle boiling water to remove the oil and cut it into shredded pieces.
Peel the carrots and cut them into shredded pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and fry the dried radish, carrots, and fried tofu.
Once the whole thing is blended in, add dashi, soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
Simmer over low heat until the simmer is low.
