Soak the dried daikon radish in water and squeeze out the water thoroughly

Pour boiling water over the fried tofu to remove the oil and cut into thin strips

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips

Heat sesame oil in a pot and fry the dried daikon radish, carrots and fried tofu

Once everything is well combined, add the dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar

Cook over low heat until the sauce is reduced
