Kelp broth
The longer you soak konbu in water, the more flavor it will have. We recommend leaving it overnight
How to make it

Lightly wipe the surface of the konbu with a damp cloth

Put water and kelp in a pot and soak for 30 minutes
3
Place over low heat and warm slowly
4
Remove the kelp just before it boils
5
Use as is or cool and store
