Basic omelet rice
Cut the chicken, onion, and mushrooms into 1cm cubes
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the ingredients over medium heat
Add the rice and stir fry with half the amount of ketchup to complete the chicken rice
Place the chicken rice on a plate in a mountain shape
Heat another frying pan, add oil and pour in the beaten eggs
Once the eggs are 70% set, turn off the heat and slide them onto the rice
Fold the edges, turn the plate over to shape it, and pour the remaining ketchup over it
