Basic omelet rice
Cut the chicken, onion and mushrooms into 1cm cubes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the ingredients over medium heat.
Add rice and stir-fried chicken rice with half the ketchup.
Shape chicken rice into a mountain shaped plate.
Heat another frying pan, pour in oil and drain the beaten eggs.
Once the eggs have solidified 70%, turn off the heat and slide onto the rice.
Turn the edges to fold the plate to shape it and pour the remaining ketchup over it.
