Dandan noodles
Chop the garlic, ginger and green onions into small pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the ground pork.
Add bean paste and condiments to make meat miso.
Add the soup and seasonings to a pot and heat it.
Boil the Chinese noodles and boil them with the bok choy.
Pour noodles and soup into a bowl and top with meat miso and vegetables.
