Grilled rice balls
If you don't have bonito flakes, miso will still taste delicious!Mix soy sauce and bonito flakes into warm rice
Wet your hands with water and form them into a triangle
Allow the surface to dry for about 5 minutes
Heat oil in a frying pan and arrange the rice balls
Cook over medium heat until browned on both sides
To finish, brush with soy sauce and bake further for a fragrant finish
