Grilled rice balls
If you don't have bonito flakes, it will be delicious with miso!Mix soy sauce and bonito flakes with warm rice
Wet your hands with water and squeeze them into a triangle.
Leave the surface for about 5 minutes to dry.
Heat oil in a frying pan and arrange the rice balls.
Bake over medium heat until both sides are browned.
Finish with soy sauce and bake it to make it fragrant.
