Take Aoyama-dori (National Route 246) towards Akasaka-mitsuke, with Akasaka Imperial Palace on your left, turn right at Akasaka Branch Office intersection, continue straight, turn left immediately after the right curve (downhill), go straight at Akasaka 5-chome Police Box intersection, turn left at the first street, and turn left into the alley (private road) on the right after the S-curve.

[From Meguro area]
Take Sotobori-dori towards Akasaka-mitsuke, go straight at the intersection under the Metropolitan Expressway (Tameike intersection), turn left at the second traffic light (Sannoshita intersection/Hie Shrine entrance), go straight with Akasaka Sacas/TBS on your right, turn left at Akasaka 5-chome Police Box intersection, turn left at the first street, and turn left into the alley (private road) on the right after the S-curve.
