- Is there a free probation period for overseas members?
- There is no free period for overseas members.
- Where can I cancel my subscription or change my payment credit card?
- Please go to "Subscription Management" on your Member's My Page. Subscriptions that are suspended can be resumed by "Resubscribe" from the Member's My Page.
- After registering as a member, can I change my payment information along the way?
- You can change it from the "Payment Information" field in "Subscription Management" on your My Page.
- Is there an annual payment?
- There are currently no annual payments. Monthly payments are $10 per month.
- I can't log in with the account I've registered up until now, what should I do?
- Due to the site renewal, you will need to register your account again. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please register your membership information from the membership registration page again. In addition, when the site is renewed, any favorite recipes that have been registered up to now will be removed once. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
- Where can I cancel my membership?
- Please click "If you would like to cancel your membership" on the Member's My Page.
General or Royal members can cancel their subscription before canceling their subscription. If you cancel your membership, any arrangement recipes you have posted so far and the number of "suggested" you have acquired will be deleted. Your favorites and browsing history will also be deleted.
- I have registered as a new member but I cannot log in.
- After registering as a new member, a verification email will be sent to the email address you registered.
If you activate your account from the verification email, you will be able to log in.
