- Is there a free trial period for general and loyal members?
- For general and royal members, you can try it for free for the first 30 days. If you cancel during the free period, you will be switched to a free membership and no monthly fee will be charged, so you can try it out with peace of mind
- Where can I cancel my subscription or change my payment credit card?
- Please go to "Subscription Management" on your Member My Page. If your subscription is currently suspended, you can resume it by "reactivating" it on your Member My Page
- Can I change my payment information after registering?
- You can change this in the "Payment Information" section under "Subscription Management" on your My Page
- What is the difference between annual and monthly payment methods?
- If you pay monthly, it will cost 1,100 yen per month (monthly payment), and if you pay annually, you will pay 11,000 yen once a year, which means you will save 2,200 yen per year if you pay annually
- I can't log in with the account I previously registered, what should I do?
- Due to the site renewal, you will need to re-register your account. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please re-register your membership information on the member registration page. Please note that with the site renewal, any favorite recipes you have registered will be temporarily deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding
- Where can I cancel my membership?
- To cancel your membership, please click "Click here if you wish to cancel your membership" on your member profile page.
If you are a regular or royal member, you can cancel your membership after canceling your subscription. If you cancel your membership, all of the recipe variations you have posted and the number of "helpful" comments you have received will be deleted. Your favorites and browsing history will also be cleared.
- I registered as a new member but I can't log in
- After registering as a new member, a verification email will be sent to the email address you registered.
You will be able to log in once you activate your account from the verification email.
