Grilled green onion raw soy sauce
Be sure to eat them while they're still hot.
Grill two leeks over an open flame, rotating them until the outside is completely black
Once it has turned completely black, remove it to a cutting board and peel off the black skin. (It will be very hot, so use a kitchen towel.)
Once cut into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl and drizzle with dark soy sauce
