Tofu Denraku

Cut the silken tofu into 6 equal parts. Thinly spread 1 tablespoon of salad oil on aluminum foil, place the sliced tofu on top and bake in a toaster for about 5 minutes.
Once the surface is slightly browned, apply an appropriate amount of red and white miso and bake again for about 5 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and topped with pomegranate fruit if there are any. (Stick a bamboo skewer to make it even more like a dengaku.)
