Tofu roe
In the past, people would cut tofu into small pieces to resemble rice and call it tofu porridge. This is a cooking method described in Tofu Hyakuchin
How to make it

Cut the silken tofu into 3mm squares and soak in water

Add [A] to a pot and heat. Once heated, add the sliced tofu

Mix gently so as not to break up the tofu, then add water-dissolved potato starch to thicken the mixture. Top with green laver to taste
