Scented cucumber and zari clime
Season the pork and cut it into shredded pieces. Slice the sashimi thinly and shredded.
Peel the cucumber skin with a peeler and cut it into match sticks.
Heat 3 tablespoons of salad oil in a frying pan and pour the pork through the oil. Once the pork is cooked, drain the oil.
In a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil, fry the cucumbers.
Once the cucumbers are soft, add [A] mixed with the pork from [3] and fry it to remove any moisture and finish.
