Fried bitter melon, corn and shrimp

Remove the bitter melon cotton with a spoon and rub it with salt. If it feels soft, cut into strips. Sprinkle the surface with potato starch.

Crush the seasoned shrimp with the belly of a knife to make a paste and spread it on bitter melon.
