Fried bitter melon, corn and shrimp

How to make it

Remove the pulp from the bitter melon with a spoon and rub it with salt. Once soft, cut it into strips. Lightly coat the surface with potato starch

Mash the seasoned shrimp with the flat side of a knife to make a paste, then spread it on the bitter melon
