How to make it

Add a little salt to plenty of water to the broccoli and boil it in a colour, then drop it in ice water to prevent coloring. Wipe off the water, add some 1-sided beauty and mix with chopsticks.

Toss the ingredients for the cream cheese sauce, mix well to make a sauce.

  • Light soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • Mirin
    1 tsp
  • Cream cheese
    Over 1 tablespoon
  • Shichimi chili peppers to your liking
