Fried tofu and stir-fried bean seedlings
Cut the fried tofu into easy-to-eat sizes, grill 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a heated frying pan. When it is slightly browned, turn it over, season it with dark soy sauce, and remove it.
Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan again, fry the bean sprouts and season with [A].
Once the bean sprouts are soft, place them on a plate. Place the grilled fried tofu on top and pour a little sesame oil on it and you're done.
