[Cooking the rice]
Roughly chop the onion, shrimp, and mustard greens. Drain the soaked rice in a colander and put it in the rice cooker. Add the chopped ingredients and all of A, mix lightly, and cook.
[Cooking the chicken]
Do not add oil to the frying pan, and press the chicken skin-side down while cooking. To get a nice brown color on the skin, press it down with a plate or something similar while cooking. Once browned, flip it over and cook through, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
[Making the sauce and fried egg]
Mix all of ingredient B together to make the sauce. Add a small amount of oil and salt (not included in the ingredients list) to a frying pan and make a sunny-side-up egg with a runny yolk.
[Serving]
Once the rice is cooked, put it in a bowl and top with the sliced chicken. Pour the prepared sauce over it, top with a fried egg, and it's ready.
