Fried bean sprouts and grilled rice balls
It's not good to burn it too much, but if you cook it to the right degree, you can enjoy the crispy texture of the browned parts
How to make it

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the bean sprouts. Once they have softened, season with dark soy sauce, add the cooked rice, add the white sesame seeds and mix well

Make two triangular rice balls, place them in a frying pan, and cook on both sides until golden brown
