Fried bean sprouts and grilled rice balls
It's not too burnt, but if you cook it to a moderate degree, you can enjoy the crispy texture of the crunchy texture.
How to make it

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and clean the bean sprouts. Once it's soft, season with dark soy sauce, combine it with cooked rice, add white sesame seeds and mix well.

Make two triangular rice balls. Arrange in a frying pan and cook both sides until golden brown and you're done.
