The two fried tofu are opened with a knife as shown in the photo.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the bean sprouts. Once it's soft, add the canned crab meat that you've loosened with your hands and fry the whole thing quickly.

Place all the fried ingredients on one open slice of fried tofu and wrap it. Once you've finished rolling, wrap the whole thing with another piece.

At the end of the roll, insert three toothpicks and cook them in a frying pan.

If it's browned, take a toothpick and cut it into bite-sized pieces to finish.
