Creamed Angeli Angeli Cream
An authentic dessert that you can make by getting ricotta cheese and fromage. Gauze can be obtained from pharmacies that are cut into 20cm squares for medical use. Cool thoroughly in the fridge until the water runs out. I feel like a pastry chef.
How to make it

Put all A in a bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.

Place 1 in a mold lined with gauze and rubber around it, lightly tap the base to flatten it, remove the rubber and gently squeeze the mouth, then chill it in the fridge for 4-5 hours until the water is out of water and solidify it.

Open the mouth of the gauze, turn it over, remove it from the mold, place it in a bowl, pour in the raspberry sauce, and garnish with mint.
