Steamed shrimp and shojin sauce

Cut the prepared shrimp open, sprinkle with salt, pepper and scallion oil and leave for about 5 minutes to season
Once the shrimp have released their liquid, steam them in a steamer for about 5 minutes. If you don't have a steamer, heat them in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes
Heat 2 tablespoons of Shojin-sho sauce in a frying pan and dilute with sake and Chinese soup
Pour the sauce from [3] over the steamed shrimp and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions to finish
