Steamed shrimp and shojin sauce

How to make it

Open the pre-treated shrimp, sprinkle with salt, pepper and scallion oil and leave for about 5 minutes to season.

Once the shrimp comes out, steam in the steamer for about 5 minutes. If you don't have a steamer, heat it in the microwave for about 1.5 to 2 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of Shojinsoy sauce in a frying pan and pour it over sake and Chinese soup.

Pour the sauce from [3] over steamed shrimp and sprinkle it with chopped clams and chopped into small pieces to finish.
