Mozuku and cheese steamed chawanmushi

How to make it

Mix the eggs and bonito stock well and strain

Place the mozuku seaweed and half of the mozzarella cheese in a bowl, then pour in half of the egg mixture. Repeat with the other bowl

Steam for 12 minutes and it's done

  • Salt-brewed mozuku with salt removed
