Matsutake mushrooms and sea bream grilled in foil
Enjoy while it's still warm.
Gently wipe off any dirt from the matsutake mushrooms with a damp cloth and tear them into bite-sized pieces
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the sea bream fillets
Lay a long piece of aluminum foil lengthwise, place half of the butter on it slightly in front of the center, then add one piece of sea bream, half of the matsutake mushrooms, and half of [A] in that order
Fold the aluminum foil towards you, tightly seal all four sides, leaving some air inside, and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Make another one in the same way
Garnish with sudachi citrus and it's done. (Please be careful as it is very hot.)
