Matsutake mushrooms and sea bream grilled in foil
Enjoy while it's still warm.
Gently remove any dirt from the matsutake mushrooms with a wet cloth and tear it into a size that is easy to eat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the sea bream fillet.
Place a long aluminum foil vertically, place half the amount of butter slightly ahead of the center, and place one slice of sea bream, half the amount of matsutake mushrooms, and half the amount of [A] in order.
Fold the aluminum foil towards you, close the four sides tightly so that air remains inside, and cook it in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Make the other one the same.
Add the sudachi and it's finished. (Please be careful as it's very hot.)
