Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry only the fat of the beef loin
Add the seasonings (A) to (1) and simmer. Add the thinly sliced boiled taro and simmer with the lid on for about 4 to 5 minutes
Add diagonally sliced white onions and lean beef loin
Cover and steam until the beef is slightly red, then sprinkle with pepper and finish by sprinkling with finely chopped green onions
