Sweet potato stewed in lemon
It's delicious to serve as a dessert as a side dish for ice cream, but it's also perfect as a side dish for your lunch box.
How to make it

Chop the sweet potatoes into pieces with the skin and slice the lemon into slices.

Put [A] in the pot and add the sliced sweet potatoes. Cover the sweet potato with lemon and heat it.

After simmering for about 20 minutes, remove from the heat and let cool. Once it's completely cooled, place in a bowl and pour in the soup to complete.
