Sweet potato stewed in lemon
Cut the sweet potato into chunks with the skin on, and slice the lemon into rounds
Put [A] into a pot and add the sliced sweet potatoes. Cover the sweet potatoes with lemon and bring to a boil
Cook for about 20 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool. Once completely cooled, serve in a serving dish and pour in the sauce to finish
