Tara's Frit
Remove the skin from the cod and slice into thin strips about 4mm thick
Place the cut cod in a bowl, add [A], mix, and leave for about 20 minutes
Mix [B] together to make the batter, leave it for 20 minutes, then coat the cod in the batter and fry (180℃ for about 1.5 to 2 minutes)
Remove the fried cod to a tray and sprinkle a small amount of [C] on it. Place the cod on a plate lined with arugula. Sprinkle with Italian parsley (not included in the recipe) and it's done
