Tara's Frit

Remove the skin of the cod and cut it into thin slices of about 4mm.

Put the cut cod in a bowl, add [A] and mix and let stand for about 20 minutes.

Mix [B] together to make a batter, and then put cod on the batter and fry it after 20 minutes. (Approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes at 180°C)

Remove the fried cod into a bat and sprinkle a small amount of [C]. Place cod on a plate lined with arugula. Sprinkle with Italian parsley (not included) and it's finished.
