Vegetable omelette
Split the eggs, add A and mix well.
Divide the broccoli into small florets and boil them in salt. Slice the onions into thin slices. Cut zucchini, tomatoes and mozzarella into 2cm cubes.
Add garlic and olive oil (1 tablespoon) to a frying pan and heat until it smells good, then add onion and fry, then add butter, salt and coarsely smelt black pepper.
Add zucchini and broccoli and fry.
To 1, add mottarella cheese, tomatoes, and 4 and mix well, then add olive oil (1 tablespoon) to a frying pan, place in a heated pan and cook while mixing widely, then turn it on a plate and cook both sides.
Serve it on a plate and pour the sauce with B together and it's finished.
