Chicken and carrot beef rolls
Cut the chives into 2cm lengths and julienne the carrots
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the chives and carrots. Once the vegetables are soft, add Happomibijin and season lightly. Turn off the heat and let cool
Arrange three pieces of beef on top of each other, sprinkle flour all over, then place half of the filling on top and roll up
Cook the beef in a frying pan without adding oil. When it is half cooked, add the mixed ingredients (A) and mix well to coat
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate
