Chicken Okonomiyaki
Adding grated yam gives it a fluffy texture.
Cut the Chinese chives and yellow chives into 2cm lengths. Grate the Yamato potato
Mix [A] well in a bowl, add the chopped chives, and mix everything together to make a dough
Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and pour the batter in. Cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, flip it over, cover again and cook for 2 minutes
