Chicken Okonomiyaki
Adding grated grated meat gives a fluffy texture.
Cut the chives and yellow chives into 2cm lengths. Remove the Yamato potatoes.
Mix [A] well into a bowl, then add the cut leeks and mix the whole thing to make a dough.
Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a frying pan and pour in the dough. Cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, turn it over, cover again and cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board, cut into pieces that are easy to eat, and then serve on a plate. Pour it with the mixed sauce [B] and topped with mayonnaise and green seaweed to make it.
