Mix the flour and hot water together and knead well, then let it sit for an hour
After letting it rest for an hour, combine (1) and (2) and knead well. The dough tends to dry out easily, so wrap it in plastic wrap
Divide the dough into pieces about the size of a 500 yen coin. Spread them thinly and enclose the prunes inside
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and fry in oil at 160-170°C
Finely chop the prunes for the topping and mix with granulated sugar to make a sprinkle. Pour this over the crispy fried dumplings from step [5]
