Spam and parsley eggs

Pork eggs made with spam and eggs are famous as Okinawa's soul food. Adding parsley makes it brighter and more nutrients.

How to make it

Break the two eggs roughly, and cut into strips of spam.

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the spam.

Once the spam is lightly browned, pour in the beaten eggs and place the parsley in the center.

Once the eggs are cooked, turn them over and cook the back side for about a minute and then transfer to a plate to complete.
