Lightly made sea bream
A slightly Western-style light sea bream that goes well with olive oil and parsley. Pour it with parsley to give it a vibrant colour.
How to make it
1
If the sea bream has skin, peel it off, slide the knife from the root towards the top, and cut it into very thin pieces.
2
Arrange thinly sliced sea bream on a plate and pour salt and olive oil all over.
3
Finally pour the chopped parsley over it and it's finished.
