White fish kelp chomp
Insert a toothpick into the eye of each whitebait and arrange six fish together on one skewer
Place (1) on top of the kelp, then place another piece of kelp on top of that and sandwich it together. Leave at room temperature for about an hour
Once the whitebait flesh is transparent, it's ready. Place it on a plate with the kelp, and drizzle with light soy sauce and green laver to finish
