Fried oysters
By making a notch in the black folds, you can prevent explosions when frying.
Insert a knife into the oyster shell, open the shell and remove the flesh.
Wash the flesh and shells thoroughly with running water and remove any water.
Make several notches in the black folds of the oyster.
Sprinkle the slit oysters with cake flour, beaten eggs and raw bread crumbs, and fry them in fried oil heated to 170 degrees for about 3 minutes.
