Seafood juice
Cut the oysters in half.
The shrimp cuts the shells from the flesh, cuts into the back and removes the back, and cuts the tail and tip of the head.
Cut the sea bream into bite-sized pieces.
Put [A] in a pot, add the oysters, shrimp and sea bream and heat. Remove any scum if it appears.
Once the ingredients are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and topped with aosa seaweed to finish.
