Boil the soba noodles.

Combine kelp stock and Happomibijin to make soba soup

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the oysters. Once the oysters are cooked, add the boiled soba noodles and soba sauce and heat the whole dish

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with pink peppercorns to finish

  • kelp stock, bonito stock , or water instead.
    200cc
  • Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
    25cc
  • butter
    20g
  • raw oysters
    3 pieces
  • For pink pepper
    Small amount
