Cut the carrots and radish into 1cm cubes

Combine diced carrots, daikon radish, and bonito stock in a pot and heat

Once the carrots are soft, add (A) and simmer for about 5 minutes until done

  • Light soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • Ginger juice : Made with squeezed grated ginger

    2 tsp
  • Dark soy sauce
    1/2 tsp
