Potatoes and mentaiko
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, place them in a silicone steamer and microwave (600W) for 5 minutes
Remove the skin from the mentaiko and flake it. Chop the chives into small pieces
Mix the mentaiko and A together, then add the cooked potatoes and mix
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with green onions to finish
