Potatoes and mentaiko

Tarako can be used instead of mentaiko. If you don't have assatsuki, you can also use a versatile green onion. It's also delicious when mixed with pasta instead of potatoes.

How to make it

Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, place in a silicon steamer and heat in the microwave (600W) for 5 minutes.

Remove the skin of the mentaiko. Cut the assatsuki into small pieces.

Mix the mentaiko and A, add the heated potatoes and mix.

Place it on a plate and sprinkle some assatsuki to finish.
