You can use cod roe instead of mentaiko. If you don't have chives, you can use green onions. It's also delicious mixed with pasta instead of potatoes

How to make it

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, place them in a silicone steamer and microwave (600W) for 5 minutes

Remove the skin from the mentaiko and flake it. Chop the chives into small pieces

Mix the mentaiko and A together, then add the cooked potatoes and mix

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with green onions to finish
