Shirodaki, onion and minced pork

Cut the pre-boiled Shirataki into bite-sized pieces. Cut the onion into combs along the fibers.
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, add [1] and pork and fry.
Once the pork is cooked, add the bonito dashi, sugar, and Hachimi Bijin and simmer over medium heat.
Once the flavor has soaked into Shirataki, add some dark soy sauce to finish off. Add some boiled rape flowers to the touch and add color to it.
