Simmered Shirataki noodles, onions and minced pork

Cut the parboiled shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces. Cut the onion into wedges along the grain
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, add [1] and the pork and stir-fry
Once the pork is cooked through, add the bonito stock, sugar, and Happomibijin and simmer over medium heat
Once the flavor has soaked into the shirataki noodles, add some dark soy sauce to finish. Garnish with boiled rape blossoms to complete the dish
