Grilled silver cod sea urchin
Mix the dark soy sauce and mirin in a bowl and soak the silver cod fillets for about 10 minutes.
Once the silver cod has soaked in the flavor, grill it in a toaster.
Take it out halfway through and use a brush to layer the juice that has been soaked in [1] and apply it.
Place the raw sea urchin on the whole place, and bake for about a minute and it's finished.
