Cheese beef bowl
This is a Western-style beef bowl with processed cheese and tomatoes. You can use regular tomatoes, but using cherry tomatoes will give the bowl a richer tomato flavor
How to make it

Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and thinly slice the onion, soak them in water, and drain before using

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the onions. Once the onions have softened, add the cherry tomatoes and continue frying over high heat

Once the cherry tomatoes are cooked through, add the seasonings in [A], add the minced beef and stir-fry while breaking it up

Add the diced processed cheese and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and serve in a bowl with rice. Top with chopped green onions if desired
