Stir-fried shrimp and asparagus
Peel the shrimp shell and remove the back cotton. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of umami seasoning and mix well. Wash this under running water to remove any odor.
[1] thoroughly wipe off the moisture with paper or something similar.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the diagonally cut asparagus.
Add the pre-treated shrimp to [3]. When the shrimp turn red, add unsalted butter.
Add thick soy sauce to just the aroma of butter, then fry over high heat to remove any moisture and it's finished.
